cocoph User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and cocoph (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the cocoph website located at cocoph.net and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, bingo, live dealer tables, and payment services (collectively, the "Services").

cocoph is operated and licensed under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. The Platform is designed exclusively for players located in the Philippines and is denominated entirely in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). By accessing the cocoph platform from anywhere in the Philippines — whether from Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, or any other city or province — you agree to be bound by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines applicable to online gaming activities.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all cocoph services and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and the Platform, whether written or verbal. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any specific promotion, bonus, or game rules published on the Platform, the more specific rules shall apply to that specific context, with these Terms & Conditions governing all other matters.

To register for and use a cocoph account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with the minimum age requirements for gambling participation under applicable Philippine regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of cocoph or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from cocoph or any other gaming platform operating under applicable Philippine gaming regulations during an active exclusion period.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and not misleading.

Each player may maintain only one (1) cocoph account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the payment method, email address, or device used to register. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and the Platform reserves the right to close all associated accounts permanently.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your cocoph username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials;
• All activity that occurs on your account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying cocoph immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account or suspected security breach;
• Ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date at all times.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to use your account, or use another player's account credentials. cocoph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account login details.

Accounts are registered in the name of one individual and are non-transferable. cocoph reserves the right to request supporting identification documents — including a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification — at any stage of your account's lifecycle, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a periodic compliance review.

All cocoph deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through approved Philippine payment channels. cocoph currently supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

Deposits must be funded exclusively from payment sources registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other party — is strictly prohibited. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be suspended pending investigation and returned to the source at the Platform's discretion.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified cocoph account identity;
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn;
• cocoph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations;
• Standard withdrawal processing times are published on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change based on payment provider availability and compliance review requirements.

cocoph does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independent of the Platform.

cocoph offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, VIP tier rewards, and referral programmes. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions and any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Promotions have a validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unplayed at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits may qualify for reload or loyalty promotions as applicable.
• cocoph reserves the right to cap the maximum withdrawal amount derived from bonus play where such a cap is specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Players suspected of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, the use of matched betting strategies, or collusion — will have their bonus eligibility revoked and may have their accounts suspended.
• cocoph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have met qualifying conditions.

All games offered on the cocoph platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, bingo, and instant games — are operated through certified third-party game providers. Each game title is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and the outcome processed by the game server, the server-side result will be considered final.

cocoph does not manipulate game outcomes. All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing procedures conducted by human dealers in licensed studios. Game fairness certifications are maintained in accordance with the requirements of applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

In the event of a technical failure — including server disconnection, game freeze, or platform error — that interrupts an active game round, cocoph will endeavour to restore the game state to the last verified point. Where this is not possible, the wager for the interrupted round will be refunded to the Player's account balance. cocoph is not liable for any winnings that could hypothetically have been obtained in a disrupted game round.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before each round is played. cocoph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

cocoph's sportsbook covers a broad range of sporting events relevant to Filipino bettors, including the PBA (Philippine Basketball Association), NBA, UAAP, international football leagues, UFC, boxing, and sabong, among others. All sports betting on cocoph is subject to the following conditions:

• Odds displayed on the cocoph sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time the bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that wager.
• cocoph reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest pricing error.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed by cocoph at any time, including during the course of a live event, at the Platform's sole discretion.
• The settlement of sports bets is based on official results from recognised sporting bodies or event organisers. In the event of a disputed result, cocoph will await the relevant authority's official determination before settling affected bets.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. These limits are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Bets on events that are abandoned or not completed within the time period specified in the individual sport's rules will be voided and stakes returned, unless the bet has already been unconditionally determined.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cocoph platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manage accounts, or interact with cocoph games or the sportsbook;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Using the cocoph platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity as defined under Philippine law;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, account limits, or self-exclusion;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith after having received gaming services on the Platform;
• Accessing or attempting to access cocoph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

cocoph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in the Philippines. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible directly from your account settings after logging in. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending;

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by cocoph is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm that you have read and accepted the cocoph Privacy Policy.

cocoph collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Data is collected for the purposes of account registration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and the delivery of platform services and promotions.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, game providers, and compliance service providers strictly for the purposes of delivering cocoph's services to you. All content on the cocoph platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cocoph or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any cocoph content without express prior written consent.

The cocoph name, logo, and brand identity are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of the cocoph brand, including in connection with any competing gaming service or fraudulent website, is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cocoph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your cocoph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cocoph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications outages affecting Philippine networks;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party game provider's software or content.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits cocoph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

cocoph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or prohibited conduct has been detected on the account;
• A regulatory requirement or court order mandates the suspension or closure of the account;
• The player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of cocoph's gaming operations.

You may voluntarily close your cocoph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure requested by you, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within the Platform's standard withdrawal timeframe.

Where an account is closed by cocoph due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Platform reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation, and to permanently forfeit funds where the breach involved fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute between you and cocoph that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

cocoph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including the oversight framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) where applicable. The Platform's compliance obligations under Philippine law take precedence over any conflicting provisions in this Agreement.

cocoph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations as a player, cocoph will notify registered players via the Platform's notification system or by email to your registered address, where practicable, with reasonable advance notice.

Your continued use of the cocoph platform after any amendments to these Terms & Conditions have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 13 above.
