Your Privacy at a Glance
A plain-English summary of how cocoph handles your personal data. The full legal text of our Privacy Policy follows below.
cocoph collects personal information strictly for the purposes of account registration, KYC verification, AML compliance, payment processing, and customer support. We do not collect data beyond what is operationally necessary.
All personal data stored by cocoph is protected using industry-standard encryption protocols. Access to player data is restricted to authorised personnel only, and all data handling is governed by strict internal security policies.
cocoph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. Your data is shared only with regulated service providers who help us deliver our platform — and only to the extent necessary.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. cocoph provides clear channels to exercise these rights at any time through our support team.
cocoph operates in full compliance with Philippine data protection law. Our data processing practices align with the requirements set by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
cocoph uses cookies and similar tracking technologies solely to improve your experience on our platform — not to build advertising profiles or share your browsing behaviour with third-party ad networks.
Notice: This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the cocoph platform, including visitors, registered players, and former account holders. By using cocoph, you consent to the data practices described in this document. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform and contact us to close your account.

It has been prepared in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as administered by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
This Privacy Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, which also form part of your agreement with cocoph. Defined terms used but not defined in this Policy carry the meanings given to them in the Terms & Conditions.

cocoph strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under the age of 21 years, in accordance with the minimum age requirements for gambling participation under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. The cocoph platform is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect personal information from, any individual under the age of 21.
If cocoph discovers or reasonably suspects that a player is under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, any deposits will be returned where practicable, and all gaming activity will be voided. The collection of data from underage individuals is an error we take seriously, and such data will be deleted from our systems promptly upon confirmation.
21+ Only: If you are aware of an individual under 21 accessing or attempting to access cocoph, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. We are committed to protecting minors from exposure to online gambling services.
In the ordinary course of operating the cocoph platform, certain personal data may be transferred to, stored, or processed in countries outside the Philippines — for example, where third-party game providers or cloud infrastructure providers operate data centres outside Philippine territory.
Any such cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out only where cocoph has implemented appropriate safeguards to ensure that your data receives a level of protection equivalent to that required under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. These safeguards may include contractual data processing agreements incorporating standard data protection clauses approved by the NPC, or transfers to recipients in jurisdictions with an adequate level of data protection as recognised under applicable Philippine regulations.
If you wish to obtain more information about the specific safeguards in place for cross-border data transfers affecting your personal information, please contact our Data Protection Officer.
